Why is iFile unarchiver not working?

i am a jailbroken individual, but im having probelms with iFile [ios 8]
i try unarchining a file stright away but it ends with an error, i try opening the file then unarchiving it and it says this file is not a zip file?! its weird cuse it doesnt work on any zip file anymore, i diddint have problems with ios 7 can somone tell me wahts going on?

another thing, i tried unarchiving the same file using downloads lite version [just to see if it works] it works but i can find the directory of the unarchived file in ifile, help pls?
