More Everything Plan and Billing

Changed 4 line family plan to the more everything plan and keep getting different price quotes? the only one that mattered to me was the one i was given? my family has been w/verizon for a Long time!! i keep hearing about a loyalty discount...My Father does not recieve this, the last 2 mnths we have had to argue with verizon over phone pricing and them turning off texting and trying to charge by text. there are 3 simple flip phones, one smartphone and I was told, on speaker phone, so others heard!! a quote of $170- with all taxes included, and $25 off each month for edging up. plus 1 gb free for a year, Now they quoted my dad $190 and Im seeing $140 More everything for 4 lines with smartphones. the rep backdated the plan to 11/2/14 but really was done over the wknd!? plus none of the other phones have the ability to text? whats going on?!! we dont want to go to t-Mobile but sure as hell will!
