It would be easier if you would join this forum and reply in the thread you may have either previously created or previously replied to. With such limited information, I refuse to say that there will be a "fix" for something that may be a user error. We have no idea what device you're trying to install ringtones on so I will "assume" it is an iPhone. We don't know if "get my ringtones" means selecting the available ringtones or installing custom ringtones.
