My iPhone is saying that I cannot connect to the iTunes or App Store, can anybody help?

I have tried lots of things and it is still not working. I got this phone 6 hours ago brand new from the Apple Store.

I have tried setting the date and time to automatic, resetting my phone, restarting my phone and I tried changing some setting that I can't really explain.
