Where are the Mailbox Behavior options?

Mailbox Behavior Options Missing

There are no behavior options for my iphone mail account, only the "move discarded message into" options.....

What device and OS are you using? Are you describing the behaviors that occur when looking at the email list and you slide the email left or right?
