how do you enable full screen photos in contacts for iphone 6

Want all of my contacts to show full screen when receiving incoming calls.

If you are referring to assigning your contacts a photo to show when they call you don't enable anything but you have to go to each contact and assign one by one a photo and that is about all you can do.
