why is my app store not opening?

My app store opens but nothing loads up. It is just a blank page

Try turning it off and turning it back on. If that doesn't work, you may have to try a reset and set up as a new device or restore it from a backup. I wouldn't recommend restoring from backup, as the problem may be somewhere in the backup.
