Is there a budgeting app that allows me to set the starting date of my month?

We get paid on the fifteenth of each month, so our months run from the 15th to the 14th of the following month. I'd like an app that tracks with this (and also allows me to sync with my husband's device at the same time). Am I asking for too much?
