How do you access apps in family sharing?

I have purchased an app that says it is compatible with family sharing. I have family sharing enabled, and have added family members. However, when I go onto my family member's phone, into the App Store, updates, purchases, and click on the purchases from my phone, nothing shows up. Is there something I need to do in order for those apps to be visible and usable on my family members' phones as well?
