How do I allow iTunes to access my phone?

I need to allow itunes to access my phone

My screen is burnt out and I want to back up my phone. iTunes is asking me if I want to allow access but I dont know how to accept it.

This will pop up on your phone to trust the computer. Just tap in the vicinity that the trust button should be and you should be okay.

I was hoping that would work but it didn't. I am not sure if the phone is on or not but iTunes does recognize it, at least up until the "allow access" screen. Any other ideas? Thanks!

I am getting the phone replaced. I was just hoping to back up once more to make sure what can't be replaced won't get lost.

Your carrier or Apple can transfer that for you.
