Can I adjust my incoming call volume?

my in coming call volume is very low can it be adjusted

when I get a call the volume is very low can it be raised

The volume up button should raise the volume of the speaker. If the phone is new, it could be that the plastic cover is still over the speaker.

I had this issue back in iOS 6. I had to toggle BlueTooth on/off a few times.
