Why can I no longer see the personal hotspot option under my settings menu?

I can no longer see the personal hotspot option under my settings menu

Until a few days ago my phone worked perfectly but now i do not see the personal hotspot function in any of the menus

1. Have you tried rebooting your device or going to Settings- General - Reset and then select Reset All Settings?
2. Double check Settings - Personal Hotspot
