Hi, I have a MacPro mid 2012 2 x 2.4 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon. Wonderful machine but it can not fully use Yosemite coherence! I have found an adaptor to use the Apple Broadcom Bcm94360cd - 802.11 A/B/G/N/Ac + Bluetooth 4.0 With Adapter For Mac Pro 2009 (4,1) and Mac Pro 2010-2012 (5,1)) but it uses power from the USB external plugin. Not a good way in my book. On the motherboard of the Mac the bluetooth chip has 4 wires that are plugged into the motherboard. I am trying to find out what those four wires are - volt and amp wise and could I use them to power the new WiFi/Bluetooth adapter and chip? Please help me to solve this as it could mean a great upgrade for all older MacPro owners!! THANK YOU!!!!
