got ipad 2 for wife on my account, my games and hers show in purchased history , o do I delete my games on her ipad

Just because they are showing up in purchased history it doesnt mean that they are on that device- My advice moving forward though is that the two of you should have separate apple ID's- You can still set up family share so that if she wanted to download something you purchased she can still do so for free.

Set her up with a different Game Center account. I also highly recommend family share with 2 different store accounts.
