1. Reboot your Wi-Fi router, if you're using the web via Wi-Fi.
2. Go to Settings - General - Reset and then select "Reset Network Settings". You will need to re-enter your Wi-Fi passcode afterwards.
3. Check your wireless and cellular signal to make sure you have a good signal.
4. Make sure that whatever site or service you're trying to access is not having server-related problems.
