Why won't the 8.1 update install on my iPad?

8.1 update will not install on my iPad.

I fallow all the steps but it just freezes and does not install.

What version iPad? Where does it freeze? Did you try to reboot the device and make sure you have enough available storage? Try to update it using iTunes from a computer.
