How do I get rid of duplicates I have on iTunes?

iTunes and duplicates

Is there a way to get rid of the hundreds of duplicate movies, music, and audiobooks I have in my iTunes library? There has to be a better way then deleting each individual item.

I've never found any other way then just using 'show all duplicates' and deleting them one by one.
