How do I get rid of Yosemite I want my lion back

I loaded Yosemite yesterday and tried to work today. I can't get into my finder with out the stupid spotlight box coming up. I have tried to disable spotlight but it just WONT go away. I am going crazy. Does Yosemite not work with Firefox. How do I get this spotlight out of my face and get rid of Yosemite.

Yosemite works fine with Firefox. I don't understand the spotlight situation though.

Maybe you just need to change the shortcuts. By default you activate spotlight with cmd+ space, but that can be changed in settings.

Give Yosemite some time, it works very well and the improvements are worth it IMO.
