Primary drive and 2nd partition drive same named on MacBook pro retina after upgraded to Yosemite?

My MacBook pro installed OS X Mavericks then I installed Yosemite after upgraded to Yosemite my main primary volume and secondary volume changed name to Macintosh HD but it was before 121.3 apple ssd sd media (primary drive then under the primary drive it was Macintosh HD) on Mavericks. Is it normal? And how I go back to my named apple ssd sd media primary drive on Yosemite? Please help me with that

If I am understanding you correctly, the primary drive, whether SSD or not, should be labeled MacIntosh HD. In regard to renaming the HD, check out the instructions via the following link:
