Why has the iCloud bloxked my cellular data?

1. How has "iCloud" blocked your cellular data?
2. If you're using an iPhone or an iPad with cellular capabilities, go to Settings - Cellular and then toggle the button on next to "Cellular Data".
3. If it is already enabled and you are still unable to surf the web via cellular data, please contact your wireless provider.
