Why can't Find My friends find the location of my friends since the iOS8 update?

Find My friends can't find location since ios 8,

Even with the updates. iphone 5s I get no location found on all of my friends. Its defenately the software, I have tested most everything else. I also uninstlled and reinstalled. I have the iCloud running correctly, and the Apple ID is accurate. Running out of ideas.

Is it possible that your friends are blocking you or have disabled the feature?

If they updated too, sometimes the app needs re-enabling. They might not have opened the app since then.
