Why has the memory on my iPhone 4s disapeared?

The Memory on My I Phone 4s has disapeared

The contacts, notes, calender have all disappeared

Go into settings- mail contacts and calendars and make sure the account associated with these items is still there and all these items are toggled on- if they are try un toggling and then toggle on again- if none of these work reboot the phone- if still nothing delete account associated with it and re-add it. Have you done a recent back up just in case none of these things work?
