How to unlock iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2?

I just did the bypass in activation screen. And now when I try to jailbreak my phone using Pangu it says "Please activate your device first before jailbreak" ,I google about unlocking my phone but still no luck. Please help me. Thanks
