Is there any way to access imessgaes/text messages from a computer?

Well I'm a college student my phone got ran over by a car last night and the screen is destroyed beyond belief but it keeps ringing because I'm getting notifications, I have a PC Toshiba Windows computer and want to know if there is any way I can see my messages.

Continuity (phone calls and texts across phones, tablets and computers) requires Apple equipment. AFAIK, there is no way on non Mac/iOS stuff. Sorry, man.
