Why don't I get notifications when my phone is charging?

HELP, I do not get notifications when my phone is charging.

Phone will not vibrate when I get a text message if it is charging. Soon as I unplug it it lets me know I have a message.

Mine started doing that too. I think it perceives it's on a dock. What model do you have?

I've never seen that. Mine still notifies me as normal and my pebble still vibrates.
