Why is my iPad Mini restarting constantly?

Why is my Ipad Mini Restarting constantly

Since I started having this issue I have since tried the reset and also reinstall through ITunes, I have deleted apps that I thought might have caused the restarts but my mini continues trying to restart. I even went as far as restoring as a new I pad mini.

please help

I think there is a hardware issue. Get an Apple genius to take a look at it, and see what comes up.
