How do I move my Facebook data to new phone?

I've been using an Iphone 4, just changed to 5c
Any tips on how to move Facebook data to new phone?

Either create a current backup via your iPhone 4S and then restore that backup to your iPhone 5C or login to Facebook on your new iPhone 5C and let your data sync to it, depending on the data you're referring to.
