Can Iphone 6+ blue tooth music (Spotify) and use apps like Google maps at the same time

I want to be able to play spotfiy music Blue tooth out of Car system and also use Google maps as Sat nav at the same time mobile using 4G

You should be able to, but I can't say for certain. I have a few things to do a little later so I'll test it out for you using my iPhone 5 and get back to you.

It most certainly can, when gps starts talking the music lowers a bit in a car.
