Why does my iPhone 6 drop calls and have weaker signal when connected to my 11 Escape using sync?

iPhone 6 with 8.1 drops calls. Signal is weak. I deleted the phone from Sync and it worked great. No dropped calls and stronger signal.

Why that's happening, I do not know, but a Google search revealed a lot of people complaining about the exact same thing with all sorts of phones. All I can do is suggest you follow the troubleshooting tips via the Ford Sync site.
