Why is my calendar app closing when I click on the inbox?

My calendar app closes when I click on inbox

I have 6 calendar invitations showing in "inbox" on the calendar app.
When I click on inbox the calendar shuts down

Try any of the following:

1. Reboot your device
2. Unsync the calendar in the Mail, Contacts, Calendars setting and then re-sync it.
3. Delete the associated email account from the device, if applicable, and then re-configure it on the device.
