My iPhone 5 is crapping the bed on me...I already had to send it in for a refurb last year, and now the battery is shot. The battery drains completely within 3 or 4 hours, even on airplane mode.
I thought I was due for an upgrade because I was told 20 months when I got this phone in January 2013, and now I just looked online and turns out Verizon changed their upgrade policy. I am not happy...I can't deal with this phone for 3 more months!
So I was just wondering if anyone has any past experience with Verizon letting them upgrade early, or will I be wasting my time if I try to call the company?
P.S. I don't want to do the iPhone 6 trade-in, I want to switch to Android.
