Why am I not receiving some emails?

Have three mail accounts: ntlworld . com, Gmail . com, iCloud . com.
Suddenly I cannot receive ntl word emails on my ipad (they are still showing as being received on my laptop but not on the ipad).
The ipad is still sending all emails, including ntlworld ones.
I'm not aware of changing any settings.

I don't know. What is "ntl" and "ntlworld"? Have you tried logging out of those accounts on your iPad and then logging back in to see if the problem fixes itself?

I would say it's the SMTP port number or SSL authentication. Check their server settings and adjust accordingly.
