Can we configure multiple phone #'s for use with iMessage?

We have (2) iphone6's that we would like to be able to link to our (1) ipadAir for imessages. Is this possible? I did a little research and came up with...... only 1 icloud account can be linked, but you can add other email addresses as long as they aren't an @icloud.com email address. So if we add our other @aol email address that we use for our business..... imessages from that email (which is linked to the other iphone) will be displayed on the ipad??
Hope I phrased it so it makes sense!!!
Also wanted to clarify that the iphone we use for our company is not registered as a "business line".

You can receive iMessages to ALL of your Apple devices as long as they are configured with the same phone number and/or Apple ID or IDs.
