Phone does not ring for incoming calls

Phone does not ring for incoming calls. I have designated the ringtone for incoming calls but it doesn't work. I am missing a lot of calls. I do not have it on mute. I tried the button on the side and it still does not work. This is a new i4S and it is totally different from the old i4S. It just doesn't work. Also I am not getting my emails. I just clicked off Verizon Tech Support after waiting 35 minutes.

Was it activated properly? Try dialing #832 and see if you get the message.
