How do I transfer data from an iPod 4th generation data onto an iPhone 4?

i have an LG non smart phone and a 4th generation ipod.

i want to transfer both the non smart phone and ipod 4th generation data onto an iphone 4! please help

The iPod is easy. You can back that up to iTunes and restore the data back to the iPhone. The LG phone is a bit harder. You might need to find an app either from LG or from the provider to copy the data to your PC then you can sync that back to the iPhone.
