Have you guys ever gotten a Apple product replaced? How was it?

Yes & the service was great. Took in my daughter's iPod because the camera wasn't working, they took a few moments to troubleshoot then they replaced it, no questions asked.

My gf just had her 5s replaced a week or so ago. It was seamless. Other than the wait in store...due to the 6 adn 6+ being released...the apple employee checked the phone, checked her warranty/applecare, and gave her a replacement phone on the spot. Once we actually spoke to someone, it only took about 15 minutes.

I’ve had several iPhones and an iPad replaced over time. Never a hassle. This is a huge part of why I am an Apple customer. Their stuff just works. And in the rare occasion when it doesn’t, their incredible customer service kicks in.

All the time. They are great at replacing things.

As long as you are truthful they even replace things well out of warrantee.

Yes. Have had a few iPhones replaced. Just two days ago, my iPad Air was replaced. And they replaced the SSD on my MBP last week. I was not thrilled about that bc it was only a month old. But all in all, great service and no hassle as long as you're not trying to scam them.
