Why can't I turn on the wifi on my iPhone?

cant turn on my wifi in iphone

when i checked it was searching for wifi literaly was disconnected
then i turned it off tried to turn on but wasnt working iphone4s ios7

Try to reset network settings.

Go to settings --> General --> Reset --> Reset Network Settings.
