Why cant I delete albums in IOS 8 stored from my pc

I have an iphone 4S. Recently I have upgraded the IOS to 8.
I copied some photos (taken by iphone earlier but moved to my pc) from my pc to my iphone. I need to delete the photos/ album to make the storage clear. But I am unable to delete the album. Please help.

You need to plug the iPhone back into your computer and go into iTunes and deselect the photo albums you don't want copied on to your iPhone.
1. Connect phone to computer
2. Open iTunes and select the phone tab
3. Select the photo albums you want copied (the ones not checked won't be copied over)
4. Sync
