Are there more errors in white 4S than in black 4S?

I am Tharindu from Srilanka, I have heard my friends telling white 4S has got more errors than black ones,
I have decided to buy an Apple 4S now, so I want to know that there is a truth in those says, I much appreciate,

Can I update IOS 8 or 8.12 on 4S

There is no difference at all between white and black iPhone 4s. Its perfectly the same phone with difference in colour. Secondly you can update it to iOS 8 but iPhone 4s is a little slow when running iOS 8. All the best
