After updating to 8.0 and later to 8.02, why won't Airdrop work between our devices?

Before updating to 8.0, we were able to airdrop between our devices. (3 - 5S iPhones - 2 I pad Mini and two Laptops) now we can't do it. Opened two incidents with support and so far no answers.

If you updated to iOS 8+ OTA (over the air), you may need to restore your device via iTunes and set up as new because it is possible that something got corrupted, but I can't say for certain.
