Any idea on how to get the weather app's animation to work again?

The animations in iPhones weather app have froze up. I turned it off and back on and that didn't work. I have a 5S on iOS 8. Any suggestions?

What did you turn off? The iPhone or the Weather app? Which iPhone and iOS version are you using?
