How to turn off receiving calls on my iPad when linked to the same wi-fi as my 5s

Anytime I receive an incoming call on my iPhone it syncs to my iPad and I can take the call from my iPad if i'd like. I notice this only happens when my phone and iPad are connected to the same wi-fi/internet connection. I don't need or want this feature. Can this function be turned off or am I stuck with it?

Go to Settings > FaceTime > iPhone Cellular Calls > [OFF]
