... to not have anything that can transmit information- wifi/cellular/photos, etc... Is there a way to buy an ipod touch or something and then permanently delete wifi and camera app? I mean like permanently take out wifi and camera forever. Is there any way to do it?

The 16GB iPod touch use to come without a camera but I'm not sure that's an option anymore & I know you definitely can't get rid of wifi. Why don't you try an iPod nano or classic?

The Nano would be a cool option, but it has Bluetooth, so that would likely rule it out.

I'm not 100 percent sure on this but I think if you jailbreak your touch there's a way to delete stock apps.
