My phone5s keeps going to voice mail how do I get the phone to ring.

The phone vibrates but doesn't ring

Is the switch all the way up or down, the ring vib switch that is?

Make sure the mute switch on the side of the phone isn't on. And if it's not check settings to make sure your ringer isn't set to none.
