Installed ios 8 and experiencing many problems how can I uninstall without affecting my phones information?

Uninstall? Like go back to ios7? Unless you previously had a jailbreak and saved ios7 I don't believe you can.

You cannot. Apple has stopped signing all previous versions of iOS.

iOS 8.0.2 is not as bad as iOS 8 was. It's much better. There's still a few bugs, but they'll be squashed soon. Go ahead update to iOS 8.0.2. The 8.1 update is coming soon and be great.
