Why won't the songs I have in my iCould download to my device?

I have songs in my icloud storage but will not down load to my device

it shows that i have 30 songs in storage ,but I can not down load to phone just got phone and am new to icloud.

There should be a cloud icon next to each song & when you click it the song will download. Are you getting an error it is the cloud missing?

Where are you looking? What do you see? To see the deleted songs in your purchased list (the ones with the cloud mentioned above), go to Settings>Music>Show All Music Toggle this on. Then go back to the Music app and check the "Songs" section.

This did not work for me. The Settings already was toggled on for "Show All Music."
