Is there a way to get Facebook to work on my iPad 1?

So my dad bought an ipad air 9 months ago
and i've had his ipad 1 ever since
but the app compatibility is soo poor!
anyway to get facebook to work?
my ipad's jailbroken and i tried downloading an old version of facebook but it still doesnt work
ive tried tricking the store into letting me download the app by changing the os numbers using Ifile
NOTHING WORKS! PLEASE HELP!

No. Facebook for iOS requires iOS version 7 or higher and the original iPad does not support it. Companies will always adopt to support the latest software and latest devices. That's just how it is....
