I'm thinking of switching to the iPhone 6. Am I making a smart move?

Good Afternoon!

I have always been an Andriod phone user from my first smart phone (HTC Thunderbolt). I've enjoyed the bigger screens of the Android devices and have really had no complaints.

But I do hear my friends with Apple Iphones LOVE them.

As the bigger screen has now finally come, I am thinking of switching over to the Iphone 6. The excitement of trying a totally new experience with a phone is one main attraction.

Am I making a smart move? A mistake? What are you thoughts?

Try the iPhone out. You have a return window. If you don't like it, return it and go back to Android. Simple as that.

We have no way of knowing which phone is better for you.

The biggest difference you could encounter is with the Eco system. Content available via Google Play may not be available via iOS. There are differences in apps of the same title. You won't be able to download and install apps not available on the official App Store (unless they are a web app).

Not sure if you are rooted but you won't have that capability without jail break when that is released.

Not trying to sway you. I carry both platforms. Chosen between the two is that difficult - I gave up trying.
