I want to buy an iPhone 6 from UK Apple Store and use it in Romania. I want to know if the iphones are Neverlocked and work properly with our SIM. Thank you.

You might want to contact the major carriers and/or Apple directly, but it's my understanding that o2, at least, sells them unlocked.
