    Default Safari search engine

    W.hen Safari opens, I can type in anything in address line but page below remains totally blank. No websites come up. this happened suddenly, I have no idea why every thing else works on iPad, all apps, etc. Safari finds nothing! Does not even search. why and how do I correct it? thanks

    Close all open tabs and kill safari from the multitasking and relaunch it again. Perform a softreset and try it again. That might help

    Settings>> safari>> search engine suggestions.... Switch to 'on'
